Collaborative Working Terms:

You and/or your party (the “Client”)

Upon expression of interest and scheduling, Client and Author meet via video forum or in person to establish and agree upon:
* The Scope of the Project
* A unique project quote — governed by nature, scope, style, timing, and other considerations.
* Above forms a contract, subject to provisions, between Client and Author to collaborate, whereby Client shares a story or topic, and Author creates a literary work based on that communicated by the Client. Upon completion of the ‘Project’, the Author will transmit an electronic copy of the Work Product to the Client for their downstream preparation and personal use.
Intellectual Property Rights
Client collaboration with OrganicVerse by ChristopherP enables the following protections and responsibilities:
Author agrees not to engage in any downstream or secondary use of Work Product without express consent of the Client.
Client and any Designated Recipient agree that contracted work product is for “Personal Use”. Client agrees not to resell any Work Product without consent of the Author. Client or Designated Recipient may - of course - share or post Work Product or portions thereof on personal Internet space(s); Author requests an acknowledgement of sorts to “via OrganicVerse by ChristopherP “ in such cases.
OrganicVerse by ChristopherP comprises a service offering designed to celebrate the uniqueness of individuals and concomitant facets of life. The following specific protections ensure satisfaction of the service mission.
Termination Provisions
If Client is not completely satisfied at signoff stage, client may terminate the agreement, which voids any payment arrangement. In such cases the Client will not receive an actual copy of the Work Product.
At author’s discretion, author reserves the right to not to celebrate or endorse the following topics in the Work Product:
Social movement phenomena
Political movement phenomena.
Political positions or public policy positions.
As these considerations do not comprise unique facets of the individual and could readily fall outside of a project scope. Author reserves the right to exercise discretion regarding words or specific language which may breach boundaries described above.
If an accord regarding any disagreement on the boundaries enumerated above cannot be reached, the Author will refund any and all fees, paid or agreed upon, by the client.
Modifications and Revisions:
After acceptance and signoff by Client, any additional modifications to the Work Product may necessitate additional scope points and associated renumeration to the Author.
Author requests notification of any significant downstream revision or repurposing of the Work Product, whether for resale or not, from the Client or Recipient.
Indemnity:
Client agrees to a limit of full amount of fees paid to Author in any event or circumstance under which such recoupment is sought.
